Munns Real Estate Co. doesn’t offer a 100% or 95% commission schedule.  We have chosen to go a different route, one that allows for stability and growth.  The 100% commission companies are seldom good for an agent.  To receive a 100% of your commission you must pay the company to work for them. What other industry requests their people to pay to work? It’s a crazy proposition! This is great for the company because they are guaranteed to get their money.  They have found that, in today’s real estate market commissions are few and far between. They don’t want to rely on the agent’s performance or success to make money.  This is creating an industry where agents are let loose and flounder around to hopefully make a sale or two so they can pay their fees.  If they don’t pay their fees they just take the lion’s share of the commission when they do make a sale. If you are wondering why the turnover rate in real estate is so high, it’s simple; no one is looking out for their agents anymore.
