Munns Real Estate Co. doesn’t offer a 100% or 95% commission schedule.  We have chosen to go a different route, one that allows for stability and growth.  The 100% commission companies are seldom good for an agent.  To receive a 100% of your commission you must pay the company to work for them. What other industry requests their people to pay to work? It’s a crazy proposition! This is great for the company because they are guaranteed to get their money.  They have found that, in today’s real estate market commissions are few and far between. They don’t want to rely on the agent’s performance to make money.  This is creating an industry where agents are let loose to flounder around and hopefully make a sale or two so they can pay their fees.  If they don’t pay their fees they just take the lion’s share of the commission when they do make a sale. If you are wondering why the turnover rate in real estate is so high, it’s simple; no one is looking out for their agents anymore.

Munns Real Estate Company's success is directly linked to the agent’s success. If you’re successful the company is successful. This relationship is not found in a pay to work company. I am motivated to give you the tools and support to be successful.  I don’t believe in placing an unnecessary financial burden on any of my agents, especially in this difficult real estate market. Large fees can seriously hinder the agent. I don’t feel you should have to pay to work. Does an associate pay the partner in a law firm to work for them? NO.

I am creating a company where agents can make a lot money and build wealth that goes well beyond relying on individual sales every month. This is accomplished by creating a NETWORK. This is an internal network that you build for yourself and you can expect to receive an income from its performance. We offer a generous compensation arrangement that you will find to be much better than the so called 100% commission companies.
