Well….We closed yet another Short Sale. This one was the most difficult to date but with hard work and determination my team and I got it done. This sale is a nice feather in our cap to add to 2012’s sales so far. It is a great way to start the year off. My client got a great deal and now wants to start looking at investment properties.
